Since the Silent Patch may have removed the recompiler Larian included so the comments have been unlocked now. The mod fixer was tested at the time with a 3 GB collection and worked fine across saves. If a new mod fixer is required to account for recent patches we would encourage that to be the de-facto mod fixer but would prefer it was not opted into DP. The investigation we made is all laid out but the Full-release mod fixer was the target of drama and so we made the decision to switch to the old one on the basis that it was functionally identical.

From the image, it looks like something on your PC is preventing Vortex from communicating with the website regarding the download. Checking if you can download a mod via Vortex as well as manually is a good test for this. Please note we do not support Linux.
