  1. I did not find this to be the case at all.
  2. What do you enjoy the most when playing FO4? Building settlements, collecting and modding weapons and armor, tough combat? Recommendations for mods would be based on what part of the game you enjoy.
  3. Actually, yes, I think my problem is lighting. And I don't know what to do.This helped me when I had my 970 http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1822/?
  4. If you read that page, why did you ask for a link? Here is my load order and I do not have that issue. May be possible to cross reference and eliminate the common mods or at least put them at the bottom of the trouble shooting list.
  5. If you have a lot of lights in a room it can cause significant FPS drops even in an otherwise empty room and on a high end card like a 980 ti.
  6. It really depends on the individual mod. Most work without much issue. Automatron caused problems with UI mods and pushed many over the keyword limit increasing chances of having issues like the invisible robot bug. From my experience, in general Automatron played more nicely with mods than the 2 previous patches did.
  7. Anyone hear of a potential fix to the keyword limit? Considering this DLC will likely add another set of keywords, it may wreak havoc with settlement mods.
  8. On my phone so adding a link is cumbersome, but it is the first stickied thread in thi forum. Please try not to be offended by this, but you will get a lot more help if you take the time to search the forums first and follow instructions from mod authors more closely.
  9. Looks like your FunctionalDisplays.esp is out of place, though I doubt that is your problem. I would try moving the signs mod up and or down in the load order as a first attempt. If that doesn't work I would then try uninstalling and reinstalling that mod. If still not fixed, use FO4Edit to see if you can find any conflicts in that mods esps.
  10. Need more specific info on your CTD. When does the crash actually occur? You really need to look at Wax2k's guide on load order that is in the Mod Troubleshooting forum. Also, please export your load order to a text file, then copy & paste into this thread using spoiler tags.
  11. Hmm, I only added those yesterday. The crashes started days before that... I'm tempted to say it's the autoweapons.esp but I can't say...Have you tried loading a much earlier save and or starting a new game and going directly to the airport? I tried loading the save before the crashes started and well, it crashed. Odd... I guess I'll just live with it till the Creation Kit comes out for mod optimization, I don't even go to the Boston Airport settlement anymore (Moved to Spectacle Island) and I can easily avoid these crash spots. Thanks for trying to help though. In order to test it you would need to load a much earlier save. If it crashes on a very early save then you would know it is probably an ini setting or a mesh/texture loading issue.

  13. I had a very similar problem when approaching Boston Airport. The only mods in common with your list are below. The only thing that fixed it for me was resetting my inis and loading an earlier save. Armorkeywords.esp CraftableAmmo.esp AzarPonytailHairstyles.esp
  14. It looks like you have a lot of stuff after Armorsmith which is not really normal. Also, if you are using Weaponsmith I think you are supposed disable all of the individual weapon esps.
  15. That really sucks. I'm sorry you're having such a hard time. There is a save game editor available on Nexus, that might help you clean out some of the the items that may be causing your CTD. Problem is it will be kind of like playing darts in the dark.
  16. I would suggest optimizing your load order first. Wax2k has a very good guide for this in the Mod Troubleshooting forum.
  17. It really depends on which mods you are using and your definition of break. There are some major issues which cause CTDs (custom UI causing CTD in and around County Crossing). Then there are some minor (at least minor to me) issues caused by the keyword cap, as Automatron adds a number of keywords. I have no personal experience with them, but I think there are some issues with a few texture mods, though they may be fixed by the authors by now.
  18. Are you using any scrapping mods like Spring Cleaning or Scrap Everything?
  19. One other shot in the dark. Have you tried reverting to default inis? This helped me a bit with CTDs in and around Boston Airport.
  20. Have you tried disabling the AI to see if you can get into the area and dispose of the spawned creatures?
  21. It is very common and is part of the cell reset bug. There are lots of threads discussing this issue that offer a couple of potential fixes. Try looking in the Mod Troubleshooting forum.
  22. Since you've gone as far as uninstalling all your mods, might as well verify the game cache via Steam and see if that fixes it. Also, probably should delete all your inis before verification.
  23. Thanks VIitS, I really appreciate the suggestions. I hadn't seen the new upgrade keywords as I have not upgraded AK in a while because I've been concentrating on learning FO4Edit. That should actually work perfectly as I only want to change visible body types. My main goal is to have several different body types for many different outfits in order to give the impression of variety among people in the Commonwealth like slim, heavy, musculary, etc.
