It's easier if you use Wrye for OpenMW. Just don't forget to go do (while importing the mod) Advanced > set "Data Files" inside e.g. "Nude" as the root folder. and then enable the .esp in the addons tab.

How do I install this on OpenWM? I heard to install the manual version instead and i wanted to make sure if that was right or not, It's safe just to use the mod manager right?

You can make a pluginless replacer by making several copies of the skins.nif files in a Data Files/Meshes/b folder and renaming them in the relevant (eleven or so) bodyparts, i.e. "b_n_race_m/f_bodypart.nif". A bit tedious but the game should automatically recognize the new files.

yea some species of reptiles have 2 also crocodiles penises are always erect and are holstered inside till needed. it might be snakes that have 2 penises

Can you please link a source for this? Its interesting, but does that mean if a female never visits Black Marsh she's flat as an anvil?
