Werne Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Now the trick is to get skyrim running in Wine, with that setup you are more then capable of playing it. Some gpu's do not like none modular psu's, They tend to fry them.Like that's a problem, I already had Skyrim running in Wine but I removed it since I hate it's gameplay. And I like modular PSUs but I don't like their price, so I won't be having one. And interesting, I yanked up the New Vegas settings to ultra high yesterday and the GPU didn't even break a sweat, it was chilling at 20% GPU load and 37oC after an hour (it's 36oC on idle).
