Activate a steathboy before the interaction with the deserters and shoot Layla in the leg and immediately holster in order to gain 'forgiveness'. This will skip the dialogue option and hostility. Why would you wanna do this anyway? Well, after this step the deserters will wander the casino just like patrons. They'll remain even when the dealers show up 3 days later and will interact with various chairs and places to stand! MuteSignals Posted February 19 Author Share Posted February 19 tried doing this again, just wanted to clarify the reliable method. this is useful for pacifist playthroughs. have a stealthboy before interacting with layla choose the 'attack' option when prompted for dialogue (there is no escaping this interaction as she will follow you even while stealthed) immediately after closing the conversation, use the stealthboy whilst hidden once you are hidden, the deserters will lose aggro and start to patrol the casino as desired. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The procedure is exactly as said: choose dialog Attack, then use stealthboy and holster the gun. Layla will immediately lose interest and move her routine. The other thugs follow her. Now, I wont do the kill then resurrect, mostly because I think having her and the three stooges follow around the Vik is more lively than having them doing the gambler thing.
