Can anyone tell me what mod this shirt comes with? The Jacket is Strigidae but I am curious about the shirt underneath....looks amazing also the dog tags are amazing thank you all

Tried to manually install the weapon mods but they don't work. Did a new game install...no help. Tried to change the mod load order...still no help. Really hoping some skilled mod crack comes up with a solution to this. Can't use m14, wh77, desert eagle and anything else with custom sounds. :(
