I've uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh game and even then, would eventually encounter the bug.

Long story short, I have a bug that occurs in both modded and vanilla playing of the game where attempting to talk to vendors results in nothing but the NPC staring blankly at me. Seems to only occur in New Atlantis. Anywho, unable to find a fix, I was hoping a smarter person may be ware of a way to circumvent the bug with the console.

A few vendors in New Atlantis simply won't open up their dialogue menus. Modded save, checked with a clean non-modded save and the problem is gone. Can't seem to isolate which mod is causing it or if there's some sort of conflict. I use LOOT for my load order. Aside going back to vanilla, anyone have an idea of a fix? EDIT: I will add that going into NG+ fixes the issue for some reason. So trying to get a freeze ray working that instantly freezes an enemy for like 30 in game minutes. Anyone know how I could accomplish that?

I've got done with a Supernatural marathon and now I have the need to play as an angel or demon. Like if I was a demon my character would be a black cloud of smoke unable to be harmed or do harm until I took possession of a meat suit! I could posses different people I wanted and maybe even a new NPC cross roads demon where you can make deals and alter the meat suits appearance to your liking for a dragon soul! The would be sweet.

Oooo you should make the angel race a ball of light or something that has to find a vessel body or it can't do anything but stun enemies.

Try downloading it through steam. Do you have open cities? If you do you have to adjust the settings through the in game menu after you download it so it lands outside of whiterun just next to the draw bridge in that little enclosing.
