  1. You get a notification on the site. If you're not seeing them for comments, you need to go turn it back on in your preferences.
  2. We're aware, it's a bug where the links to mod requirements within a mod page description can become broken after navigating between tabs on the page. As a temporary workaround, refreshing the page should resolve the broken links. This issue is under investigation, and the fix is scheduled to be implemented during our working hours. We will provide further updates on our status page when a fix has been implemented.
  3. Are you still encountering this issue? Given we had no major outages at the time you posted this, it was likely a region specific issue. Can I please get an example of what you are seeing, (screenshot) The time this occurred (including the +/-UTC of where you are) Which region/country you are connecting to the site from. If you do not feel comfortable posting that publicly, DM it to me.
  4. We’re exploring some additional UI views for the mod tiles and would love some feedback. Please see this post for more details:
  5. We’re exploring some additional UI views for the mod tiles and would love some feedback. Click the link to take part, we have a couple of questions and a prototype to explore — it should only take around 5 minutes. The test will only work on desktop devices, so please don’t click if you’re on a phone. To keep things focused and make it easier to account for your feedback, this thread is locked and there will not be a discussion thread. Please answer the questions directly in the survey. https://t.maze.co/372211801

  6. It appears it has been resolved. Please see this help article as to why your file may have been quarantined and what to do in the future if it happens. https://help.nexusmods.com/article/117-why-has-my-mod-been-quarantined
  7. Thank you for the feedback. We are exploring a list view for the new UI and backend framework.
  8. You can set your search to default to only searching for mods in your Site Preferences, under default quick search. I'm surprised to hear that you're having to click on the search bar to type. That isn't intended behaviour and not one I can replicate on my end. Can I please get some details so I can take a look and try get this fixed for you: What browser are you using? Do you use any extensions? If so, have you tried disabling them and seeing if you are still having this problem.
  9. We are not aware of any data breaches. What is most likely is due to your short username, another user has mistakenly tried to do a password reset for their account using your username, as it is quite short and has possibly been mistaken for their username.
  10. It was tested against multiple different ad-blockers and was not blocked by them. It appeared on every changed page unless you chose to dismiss it. If you have set your own custom rules in regards to blocking elements of webpages, I'm afraid that we really can't do anything about that.
  11. Significantly less than 2%. It's around 2000 posts, posted by around 800 users. That's under 0.0001% of our average monthly userbase. Whilst we are taking feedback from here, that does not mean that we will completely disregard all of the data we have collected or make decisions solely based on the opinions put in this thread, as we've said since the very beginning of the beta.
  12. Please raise feedback in the relevant threads for it. This thread is from 2010, so we are closing it.
  13. We have put out a large update post regarding our changes to mod browsing. It explains why we made these changes, address some of your key concerns, and outline what we are changing and what we will not be changing, based on the beta testing period, the full site launch, ongoing survey results and your specific feedback. Read more.
  14. We can see the problem on our end and will be thoroughly investigate the cause of this, which we will schedule in on Monday. We have put in a fix on our end that should mean everyone who has a premium subscription gets the perks until we can get a full fix in. If you are still experiencing problems, please try logging out of the site and back in again - if that doesn't fix the problem then please let us know so we can investigate further. We apologise for this inconvenience.
  15. Thank you for the feedback. We are working on giving you the ability to set this as a preference.
  16. It appears there has been a technical issue regarding the renewals for your subscriptions. We have raised this to the developers and are looking at urgently resolving this. Apologies for the inconvenience.
  17. Just to confirm, have you clicked the checkbox and pressed "Ok".
  18. The arrows in that photo is pointing to when the mod was last updated, not when it was originally published (which is what it is being sorted by). We've passed this across to the design team to consider making this clearer as it has confused a few users.
  19. That is correct. Trending mods reset at 0:00 UTC, based on the time period set for that game (e.g. SSE, FO4 are 7 days). This isn't based on the UI, but the underlying extensive "backend" framework changes we've made to help us update the site and change things more rapidly. I was mistaken. Thanks for raising this we will take a look at it.
  20. Making up random guesses as to Nexus Mods revenue isn't relevant to this thread at all. It's been removed as it's not feedback related to the UI changes, it's just misinformation.
  21. For those of you having performance issues with scrolling in the browser, we've made some adjustments that should significantly improve your performance. We have removed many of the CSS Blurs, particularly the mod tile images. Whilst we thought these blurs look good and provided a consistent experience for mod images when they were non-standard aspect ratios, they were affecting performance. These changes should improve performance drastically, particularly in Firefox and non-GPU-accelerated browsers.
  22. Whilst we cannot use "#8e8e8e on top of #232326" as some of you have suggested, as this does not meet WCAG AAA accessibility standards. However, we're actively working on adjusting the contrast values to help resolve the issues you're having. We've made a quick edit to part of the game homepage to see if this helps with your issues. You can open the the full image to make it closer to using the website directly https://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/3333/images/12393/12393-1742919067-1216899835.png Can you please let me know if this helps? If it doesn't, please let me know which parts of the page are you finding problematic.
  23. I've passed this over to the design team to take a look at. Thanks for getting back to me on it.
  24. Can you please link me to the page you are seeing this on and in what context? I can't replicate this on my end across some test mod pages, comments, etc.
  25. We've been speaking to the design team about the levels of contrast introduced to make some adjustments and setting contrast rules in our design system that hopefully help with the contrast issues you are having with the site. How does this screenshot look to you? This is an example of the highest contrast we are trying at the moment (14:1), so this screenshot is testing that (which would be the maximum contrast in the UI. Although it may be lower contrast in the final design, as long as it's above 7:1. Do you think this will help with your problems?
