Depending on if its compatible with the overhaul you use, Just Bite would make it so you feed using Dynamic Activation Key. The mod page also lists a couple alternatives

xVASynth sounds like s#*!. Additionally, the voice actors who gave their performances to this game are obviously very against the use of voice models trained on their voices. There is a huge difference between line splicing and voice synthesizing, notably that in line splicing you are limited to the words actors were paid to say.
